Opus People Solutions are seeking a Care Team Leader in Lowestoft.

As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team to deliver high-quality care and support for adults with learning disabilities. You will work half of your time on rota and half off, to ensure that all service users receive person-centred care tailored to their individual needs, promoting their independence and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of support workers to provide outstanding care.
- Develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring they meet the specific needs and goals of each service user.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, rotas, and resource management.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of care and support
- Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day running of the service in line with CQC legislation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- RQF Level 3 Award in Health & Social Care or similar qualification
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a social care setting.
- Sound knowledge and experience of learning disabilities
- UK Driving License
