Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £23,500 - £25,500

Our team of workshop and field-based engineers provides maintenance and repairs to aircraft tooling and equipment across the UK and Europe. Headquartered in Poole, Dorset, we also have offices and workshops at key aerospace hubs throughout the UK.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a vibrant, driven, and focused individual to join our operations team as a Customer Administrator. This critical role involves supporting both internal and external customers with all aspects of repairing customer equipment. You will collaborate closely with field-based engineering teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and meet customer expectations. A strong focus on process and attention to detail is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule surveys across all customer sites for Field Engineers.

Quote customers and process purchase orders.

Coordinate all repair works via our in-house system.

Allocate work to engineering teams and book sub-contractors.

Coordinate resources to ensure all SLAs are met.

Provide regular updates to customers and suppliers.

Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.

Monitor monthly output to ensure targets are met.

Update our asset management system and customer online tracking system.

Perform general administrative tasks to support the business.

Candidate Profile:

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong planning and organisational skills with an analytical approach to problem-solving.

Proficient in MS Office (Email, Outlook, Word, Excel).

Strong communication skills at all levels.

Must have the right to work in the UK.

Full clean driving licence.

Willingness to travel between sites as needed.
