Educational Process Review Officer

Are you confident, highly organised and detail orientated? Do you have experience in Project and Change Management and are you looking for a role leading a review of educational process and procedure? If so, Signature Recruitment is seeking an Educational Process Review Officer to join a team in a London University. This is a full-time role for a three-month contract. This is offered on a hybrid model, with three days in the office and two working from home. However, the candidate may work in the office four or five days if they prefer.

As an Educational Process Review Officer, you will be working as part of a busy, fast paced team. You will work alongside the Process Review Manager to support and where appropriate lead in the review and development of educational processes with a focus on online learning. You will be personable and have strong communication skills in order to build good relationships with senior members of the organisation allowing you to successfully lead reviews of processes and procedures. You will be able to gather, analysis and summarise data and compile concise well written Reports and associated Training Guides.

Educational Process Review Officer Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the Process Review Manager. Overseeing Project Coordination of key tasks including discovery and fact finding, collating information and report writing
  • Leading in the capture reviews of student academic process with a focus on online learning
  • Managing and building strong relationships with Senior Leads in order to review, monitor and effect change to processes and procedures
  • Organising data collection, analysing and summarising for concise report writing
  • Developing Training Guides and supporting the roll out of necessary training
  • Supporting the team with other ad-hoc administrative tasks and duties as required in order to support the team and wider university

Educational Process Review Officer Key Skills:

  • A proactive and confident approach to handling tasks with good interpersonal skills so as to lead and influence change
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient in IT with experience of Project Management Systems - experience of MIRO desirable
