L&D Administrator

Our client is a leading charity that fosters a culture in which equality, diversity and inclusion are recognised, valued and encouraged. They are seeking a strong administrator for this hybrid role.

As part of a small and passionate Organisation Development and Learning & Development team, this role promises to be a fantastic move for someone who is looking for a step into L&D at an exciting time for the organisation.

Duties include supporting the team in delivering and continuing the excellent on-going and long-term continuous improvement of employees' personal development and organisational learning. You will be providing effective and efficient project administrative support for a wide range of procedures and processes related to the development of employees. As a highly organised individual, you will also be dealing with queries, scheduling training, preparing and analysing reports.

There is the opportunity to be involved in the delivery of training too, meaning this is the ideal role for a budding L&D professional.

Ideally you will have studied your CIPD 3 or a training qualification, have a passion for learning and are keen to develop yourself. You will have held an administrative role in the past, be highly organised and have the ability to work on your own initiative. In addition, you will demonstrate empathy, compassion, and will feel at home where people are the centre of the organisation.
