Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the world of education? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Operations and Admissions Team Assistant to join our dynamic TRIUM team! If you are passionate about supporting students and contributing to a vibrant learning environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Dates to Remember:
- Friday, 5 September: Normal working day and evening reception
- Saturday, 6 September: Approximately 07:30-16:00
- Sunday, 7 September: Approximately 08:30 start, finishing late evening (drinks reception)
- Monday, 8 - Friday, 19 September: Module teaching (shifts between 08:00-20:00)
Initially, you will work around 2 days in the office and 3 days at home per week, transitioning to daily in-office presence as we approach August.

Your Role Will Involve:
As a key player in our team, you will support our Student and Alumni Experience and Admissions/Marketing teams in a variety of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities may include:
- Processing team expenses and invoices using One Finance
- Assisting with social media content sourcing for the Admissions & Marketing team
- Proofreading student-related documents, including grades, using Excel and Word
- Supporting travel arrangements for TRIUM faculty and staff
- Maintaining and updating student records on Salesforce
- Collaborating with external suppliers for ordering gifts and managing branded item stock
- Uploading materials to Moodle, our digital learning platform
- Responding to inquiries from new and prospective students with supervision
- Auditing and updating admissions data
- Taking minutes for team meetings and distributing agendas
- Supporting the planning of our graduation ceremony with external partners
Who Are We Looking For?

If you have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a knack for communication, we want to hear from you! Previous administrative experience, familiarity with Salesforce, and proficiency in Excel and Word are a plus!
