Hours per week: Variable Shift Rota - 07:00 - 19:00, 19:00 - 07:00 - 48 hours per week

Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a CCTV Operator to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client's site in Central Belfast

Key Responsibilities:
- A highly professional CCTV operator for a large Transport Hub
- Oversee all site CCTV cameras across the site.
- Ensure that the site is always secure.
- Recognise any potential security vulnerabilities and escalate accordingly.
- Identify certain issues and/or incidents and know when to escalate or deal at a local level.
- Able to clearly communicate to senior management.
- Able to provide daily briefings to senior management, within the project, on day-to-day security operations.
- Escalate any equipment failures to the systems team.
- Compile reports for the oncoming operator.
About You:
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- A CCTV Licence is essential.
- SIA Licence is essential
- Experience in CCTV monitoring or control room.
- Experience in an Emergency Response control room is desirable.
- Strong communication & organisational skills.
- A highly motivated individual.
- Computer literate.
- High expectations of customer service delivery.
- Team player.
- Methodical.
- Punctual.
- Reliable.
