Blackwaters recruiting for a renowned brand within the FMCG industry, who manage a dynamic portfolio of companies. We are seeking a talented Finance Manager to assist the CFO in driving financial excellence and operational efficiency across the business. Up to £65,000 plus 20% bonus.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the CFO in streamlining business controls and financial management processes.
- Manage the month-end process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, including detailed analysis and insightful commentary.
- Aid in producing monthly performance reports for the Board and shareholders.
- Handle daily and weekly cash flow reporting, forecasting, and manage payment runs.
- Support the CFO in overseeing the preparation and filing of annual financial statements.
- Manage group monthly consolidation to ensure timely distribution of management accounts.
- Supervise and mentor a junior finance analyst, ensuring accuracy and professional development.
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in a finance role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Proven ability to manage month-end processes and prepare management accounts.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
