Senior Finance Business Partner

Our Client

Mackie Myers is excited to be partnering with a well known medium sized charity based in London. The charity supports communities within the UK and has an excellent track record.

The Role

Due to a need to provide better quality financial information to the senior leadership team the charity is recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their finance team.

  • Develop relationships across the charity to provide strategic support and financial guidance.
  • Support the funding and impact team with the financial management of the grant portfolio.
  • Be the finance lead for change projects and process developments.
  • Lead on all commercial business cases, providing commercial analysis to the senior leadership team.
  • Support with management accounts preparation alongside consistent analysis of business performance.
  • Prepare quarterly packs for the senior leadership team.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.

The Successful Candidate

  • Experience as a Finance Business Partner.
  • Examples of owning business cases.
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • It would be advantageous if you have experience within commercial sectors.

  • £60,000 - £65,000 Depending on experience.
  • Pension 7%.
  • 35 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Hybrid working - 2/3 days in the office.
