Your new role
Hays are working with a small finance team in Bristol who are looking for a temporary Credit Controller. This role will last until the end of the year with a potential for extension in 2025. Pay for the role is dependent on experience. This role will allow an element of hybrid working. Duties of the role include:
- Chasing debt via post, email and over the phone
- Sending out monthly bills
- Resolving client queries
- Supporting the finance team with adhoc tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Proficiency with Excel
- Effective communication and people skills
- Happy to pivot within a small team
