We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join our Client based in Peterborough, providing exceptional support across all aspects of order processing and sales administration.
What you will be doing:
- Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end process of order handling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from order placement to delivery.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing quotations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
- Export Documentation: Handle all export-related paperwork, including compliance with international regulations, to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
- Aftersales Support: Provide post-sales support, resolving customer queries and handling returns or warranty issues.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Coordination: Liaise with various departments including logistics, production, and finance to ensure a seamless workflow.
Who we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a sales support or order processing role, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and international trade procedures.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
