I am working with a well respected National law firm who are currently seeking an ambitious and experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive or Fee Earner to join their busy and lively office in Harrow.

You will have access to a high quality, busy and varied caseload, which will consist of (but not limited to): mergers, sales, acquisitions; management buy outs; joint ventures; corporate restructuring; corporate restructuring; equity financing; due diligence; and commercial contracts.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 4 years PQE (However, all levels encouraged to apply)
- Ability to independently manage a busy caseload of matters from start to finish
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Proven track record of billings
- Proactive interest in business development
- Ability to work across multiple departments
- Strong technical skills and competence in commercial contracts
- Strong commercial acumen.
