Job Opportunity: Service Coordinator
Are you a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have experience in call planning or coordinating engineers? ?
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of each job from start to finish ?
- Plan technician attendance across various sectors nationwide
- Ensure calls are assigned and attended within agreed SLAs ?
- Manage the whole life cycle from call out to invoicing
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and engineers
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 D.O.E
? Hours: Full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm ?
Location: Birkenhead
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong geographical knowledge ?
- Organised approach to work
- Strong administration skills and ability to multi-task effectively
- Previous experience working with engineers is desirable ???
- Scheduling or call planning experience is advantageous ?
- Excellent customer service skills
- Competent user of Microsoft packages ?
