We're looking for a committed and vibrant Primary Teaching Assistant to join our wonderful team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside teachers, motivate pupils, and become an integral part of a lively school community.
What We're Looking For:
- Resilient, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in childcare within the UK
- An Enhanced DBS check on the update service
- Familiarity with the UK primary curriculum
- Two recent professional references
- Excellent communication abilities
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Your Role Will Involve:
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
- Cultivating a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Assisting with lesson planning and preparation
- Helping to maintain a safe and stimulating learning space
- Demonstrating understanding of teaching techniques
- Communicating effectively with children
