Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is currently representing a growing and successful organisation in Sudbury, seeking an experience Credit Controller to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
Duties will include:
- Chasing debt via the telephone and email.
- Negotiating repayments plans
- Setting up new accounts and vetting the applications
- Running Credit Checks
- Liaising with Solicitors over outstanding debts
- Cash Reconciliation
- Reconciliation of Payments and Bank Accounts
- Issuing statements and Credit notes
- Dealing with queries
- Managing Returns and Credit notes
- Building a strong relationship with clients/Customers
- Ideally having knowledge of SAP
