This role is for a Customer Service Advisor position and is based in Gloucester, the salary is £24,100 - £25,600 per annum and contains many benefits including bonus schemes.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Helping and supporting customers who have been involved in accidents
- Managing a portfolio of fault and non-fault motor claims, ensuring the customers requirements and expectations are properly framed and understood
- Ensuring that claims are handled in the correct technical manner
- Managing clear communications with customers and a variety of third parties
- Managing an allocation of claims alongside dealing with postal and incoming telephony demand
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
- You need to be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
- You should be able to influence and persuade others to your way of thinking
- Being able to multitask and prioritising your own workload whilst working under pressure
- You will need to be computer literate with the ability to learn new systems
- A positive attitude with a flexible and resilient approach to change and teamwork is required
