We have an exciting opportunity for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) at an esteemed 2 form entry primary school in St. Albans due to start this September (start can be delayed to October)

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will take on a more senior role, supporting the teaching and learning process, and assisting with the planning and delivery of lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the teaching staff in delivering high-quality lessons
- Lead intervention groups and provide additional support to students who require it
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of lessons, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the students
- Assist with the assessment and evaluation of student progress
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
The successful candidate will have:
- A relevant Higher Level Teaching Assistant
- Experience working in a primary school setting
- Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
