Are you a skilled Plumber looking for a long-term opportunity in Tower Hamlets? We're seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team, delivering high-quality plumbing maintenance and repair services across both empty (void) properties and occupied homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in both void and occupied properties.
- Diagnose and fix leaks, replace or repair sanitary ware, taps, showers, and pipework.
- Complete first and second fix plumbing tasks in bathrooms and kitchens.
- Work efficiently to ensure properties are safe, functional, and meet high-quality standards.
- Liaise professionally with tenants, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Plumbing.
- Proven experience in plumbing work within social housing, domestic, or commercial environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
