Role – Inventory Administrator role
Location – Thetford, Norfolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday - 0800-16.30 for training & then 09:00-17:30 going forward
Capacity of role – Temporary to Permanent position
Rate of pay - £11.55 per hour
Our client is a local distributor who is looking for a forward thinking and personable person to join their team.
Main duties will include -
- Taking inbound and outbound bookings to update the Cold store diary.
- Coordinating the good inwards/outwards process.
- Inputting the goods inwards onto from the warehouse system.
- Reporting customer extra charges as and when required from stock movements.
- Customer order entry
- Dispatching orders from the warehouse system.
- Discrepancy reporting and assisting to investigate stock queries.
- Inform customers of late deliveries/collections.
- Assisting store with put away/pick queries.
- Front desk/gate controls and driver's reception.
- Ensuring all customers receive information in a timely and accurate fashion.

- Happy to assist other staff when necessary.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
