Your New Role
Manage Your Portfolio: Oversee a personal portfolio of debt, ensuring timely and efficient collections.
Debt Management: Chase outstanding debts and organise payment plans.
Customer Interaction: Address customer queries and concerns.
System Updates: Accurately code the system for any changes.
Team Collaboration: Communicate with internal teams to provide support.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
What You Need to Succeed
- Previous credit control/collection experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients.
- Comfortable approaching clients via phone and email.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
