Our client is looking to fill the following role - Assembly Operative
Salary: C£12.50 per hour, dependent on experience
Hours: 38 pw + OT when required
Monday to Thursday 7.30 am to 4 pm
Friday finish at 3.15 pm
Location: Edenbridge
Full job specific training will be given for the role of Assembly Operative.
Assembly Line Operative duties:
- Electro/mechanical experience
- Must be able to use pneumatic and power tools
Key Requirements
- Electrical qualification and/or panel building experience preferred.
o Wiring
o Soldering
- Must be able to work alongside others.
- Attention to detail and methodical approach to tasks essential.
- Keen to learn
Assembly Line Operative Qualifications/Skills Required
The primary role is to assemble complete kit of parts to drawing, wiring, soldering and mechanical builds of our rectifier assemblies and associated products.
Ideally looking for an experienced Electrical Technician with a minimum 2 years relevant experience - Electronics / Mechanical Engineering, skilled as a fitter / panel builder / wireman.
Working as a key team member on the production line, performing well under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
Has excellent communications skills and is computer literate.
