Financial Controller
Looking for an exciting new challenge? We're seeking a dynamic Financial Controller to lead financial operations and drive growth. Reporting to the CFO, you'll manage everything from financial controls to cash flow forecasting, and play a key role in strategic decision-making. With a focus on innovation, transparency, and compliance, you'll work closely with senior management while developing and leading the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial systems, controls, and compliance
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis to C-Level
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Handle tax, VAT, reconciliations, and month-end processes
Requirements:
- Strong finance background (qualified or experienced)
- Proficiency in Sage 50 and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Experience with foreign currencies preferred
- "Can-do" attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
