Currently I am working with a globally established manufacturer who have been providing an excellent service to their customers for several years, and yet still continue to grow and deliver. With a number of brands within the organisation, and a long-standing team of employees, this organisation is one of the most desirable within the local area.

As it stands, this role will ideally initially be a contract post with the probability of permanency for the right person.

Role:

The Marketing Director for the UKI and EMEA region will be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth across diverse markets effectively and within budget.

Supporting the UKI EMEA sales teams, the Marketing Director will be required to navigate the complexities of regional and international markets, lead a high-performing team and collaborate effectively with other senior team members to achieve the company's strategic and global objectives.

The Marketing Director will collaborate with the Americas Marketing team on global initiatives, acquisitions and shared resources. Participation in an annual marketing summit to be held in the US or UKI.

Requirements:

In order to be considered for this role you will:

  • Educated to Degree Standard
  • Hold a relevant Marketing Qualification
  • 10 years marketing experience, with experience in a senior leadership role overseeing UKI and/or EMEA regions.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to maintain relationships and influence key partners, stakeholders, and senior management regarding marketing activities.
  • Ideally you will have experience from the manufacturing sector or within hospitality.
