We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the expanding B2B side of our client, who are based on the outskirts of Redhill.
The company was initially built upon B2C customers, but it's naturally evolved sideways into a rapidly expanding B2B division. They find themselves in need of recruiting someone to join them and become part of their future plans.
You'll need to be confident and keen to develop professionally, but also looking forward to evolving into a management role and create a team underneath you.
At this stage, personality is very much key. We need a proactive forward planner, with the ability to motivate and remain focused on business direction. A natural encourager, looking forward to expanding knowledge in an exciting sector, which has no restrictions in growth direction.
We want:
- Someone who enjoys no restrictions on creating and exploring new business areas.
- A keenness and capability to grow opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
- You to be a focused and collaborative team member - ultimately focusing on your B2B activities but working alongside/crossing over with colleagues in the B2C division to encourage business growth.
- A budding team manager in the making - looking to the future and the excitement of creating your own team.
- Someone looking to the future and keen to become part of their senior management team.
