Your new role The post holder reports to and is accountable to the HR and Training Manager and is responsible for providing a high standard of support across a full range of HR activities including the full employee life cycle, recruitment, benefits, payroll, and learning and development. There will also be an opportunity to contribute to and assist with HR projects and sit in/ minute take on investigations. This is a great opportunity to develop yourself as a HR professional offering full funding for CIPD.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of working in an HR environment undertaking a range of tasks including general HR administration.
- Working knowledge of HR functions and best practice.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
