Reed Accountancy are recruiting for a Finance Assistant on a PART TIME basis. Reporting into the Finance Director and working within a small friendly team.
This role would suit candidates who have experience with working within a fast-paced environment and from within the SME, distribution sector, ideally. Working within a team of 4 your main responsibilities are.
Daily Bank Reconciliations including foreign currency.
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Prepayment & Accruals
Posting monthly payroll journals
Nominal Ledger
Purchase Ledger, matching, batching, and coding right through to payments.
Sales Ledger, statement reconciliations.
Credit Control
VAT Returns
This is an exciting opportunity and would suit candidates who hold a bookkeeping qualification, or AAT qualified, or studier. Candidates with experience and qualified by experience would also be welcomed to apply.
