As a customer service operative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to help customers with any questions, queries or problems.
You'll receive extensive training to provide you with the skills required to perform successfully in your role.

Key Skills required:
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Previous call centre experience
- Ability to work towards targets
- A team player
- Ability to manage upto 80 calls per day
