Responsibilities and Daily Tasks
- Lead a large outsourcing team of all levels, from trainee to manager.
- Manage client relationships, win work, and develop your team, ensuring the success of the department.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, providing a personal and tailored service for both day-to-day compliance and advisory aspects.
- Manage your own portfolio.
- Assist the Managers in running department administration.
- Deliver quality advice and identify opportunities for improvement and collaboration with other departments.
- Oversee people management and direction linked to the team and Group strategy.
- Represent the business area through proactive involvement in Group-wide meetings.
- Take responsibility for the full training cycle of the client area in line with the strategic plan.
- Look for continuous improvement within the team and across the Group.
- Complete own chargeable time budget and monitor the teams.
- Monitor utilization % budgeted and work towards delivering this.
- Be a proven work winner with a passion for providing Outsourcing services to clients.
- Provide high-level advisory support to clients on an outsourced financial director basis.
Personal Requirements
- Have the ability to analyze complex business situations to identify key issues and priorities.
- ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualified.
- Senior-level experience with the ability to manage a large portfolio of clients while leading a team.
- Be a confident communicator.
- Are capable of making decisions, solving problems, and taking appropriate action.
- Seek new business opportunities.
