Telesales Executive
Based in West Bromwich
Monday to Thursday, 8.30am till 5.00pm and Fridays 8.30am till 4.30pm
£13.33 PH/£26,000 PA - With an uncapped commission structure in place!
Training will be provided.
Are you an experienced proactive, forward-thinking Telesales Executive who enjoys being amongst a dynamic sales team! We are looking for a motivated sales professional to join our client's thriving organisation in West Bromwich.
The sky is the limit with this company as they operate in an entrepreneurial fashion, and you can create genuinely create your own success! There are plenty of progression opportunities for the right person. My client is looking for personality over skill and will train/support and guide the successful associate throughout.
The day to day
- Outbound cold calls.
- Exploring any business development opportunities.
- Manage existing customer base and nurture warm relationships.
- Provide sales support, including preparing sales reports, managing calendars, and co-ordinating travel arrangements.
- Be able to demonstrate clear, confident, and professional communication.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals/quotations.
- Manage and update the inhouse system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
The non-negotiables
- You must ooze Customer Service!
- Good computer knowledge is required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, spin lots of plates and manage/prioritise own workload.
