The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in recruitment with no element of new business development - as they have lots of vacancies coming through from their growing portfolio of clients. All you'll need is your natural sales acumen, a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for building great working relationships.
The Day to Day:
- Collaborate with Senior Consultants to fulfil client assignments professionally and swiftly.
- Plan strategic searches to map and identify top talent within relevant companies.
- Engage with 'passive' candidates, understanding their career goals, and presenting the best opportunities.
- Schedule interviews and ensure candidates are well-prepared.
- Negotiate offers with clients and candidates.
