Property Manager

They pride themselves on giving the best customer service possible, ensuring that they maintain the highest of standards at all times.

They are looking to add an experienced Property Manager to their busy Dartford office and team.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working under pressure in a busy lettings environment. This is a fast paced and varied role which would suit a dynamic, motivated individual.

Previous experience in a Lettings or Property Management environment of any kind is essential!

Property management tasks:

  • Overseeing all property maintenance issues raised.
  • Processing contractor invoices.
  • Keeping the property database up to date.
  • Dedicated to building on-going relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors.
  • Handling any deposit dilapidation and deposit returns.
  • Handling disputes through arbitration.
  • Booking in and undertaking property inspections.
  • Communicating with our landlords, tenants and our contractor
  • Excellent skills in communication
  • Mature confident attitude
  • Resilient, highly professional and experienced in customer service.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail is required.

As a team player, you'll need the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Superb customer service levels and excellent telephone manner
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A passion for property and people
  • The ability to use your own initiative and be pro-active
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Excellent organisational skills

Salary:

  • £27-29,000 Per Annum (dependant on experience)

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm
  • Fridays 9am to 5.00pm
  • Saturdays 10am-3pm with one weekday off in lieu.
