Conveyancing Completions Assistant

Salary range up to equivalent of £25,000
My client are a leading, friendly yet highly professional law firm that have an opportunity for a temporary Conveyancing Completions Assistants to join the team based in Southampton.
In your role, you will take responsibility for:
- Overseeing the completions process
- the completion of SDLT applications
- the completion of registrations
- servicing of all appropriate notices
- dealing with Land Registry requisitions
- providing updates to lenders
- providing completed registration documents to clients and lenders
- closing files - ensuring there are no financial balances on them
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, experienced residential conveyancing assistant to work within a highly regarded department.
