A German speaking Payroll Analyst is urgently needed for a financial services company to support their HR Team in London. You will be based in a stunning office in Canary Wharf, to process payroll, complete audits, perform reconciliations and coordinate with finance and HR. You will be working on a hybrid scheme, Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm. A generous benefits package is offered, and they do offer visa sponsorship if you need to relocate to the UK.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing payroll and taxes for global operations
- Auditing, analysing and identifying inconsistencies between HR and Payroll systems
- Preparing regular payroll reports and ad hoc reports as needed
- Establishing and maintaining procedures documenting compliance and processes
About you:
To be considered for the role, you will be a fluent German speaker, and able to demonstrate analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills. You will be a critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues. You are somebody with excellent interpersonal skills with in-depth knowledge of international payroll.
Profile:
- Fluency in German, written and spoken, is a must for the role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll
- Preferably experience in a financial or private professional services environment such as legal or insurance
- Proficient in HR software, data analytics and project management tools, as well as Excel (with pivot tables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
