Job Opportunity: Office Manager (12-Month Contract)

Location: London, Onsite
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Pay: £20 - £23 per hour, based on experience

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and reliable Office Manager with 2-3 years of office management experience to join the company's London-based team on a 12-month contract covering maternity leave, starting in November 2024. The position requires on-site attendance and offers a comprehensive handover period.

About the Role: This dynamic role involves managing office operations, supporting reception duties, and coordinating an upcoming office relocation in early 2025. As part of this role, you will:

  • Order office supplies and manage equipment servicing
  • Coordinate with vendors, especially related to the relocation
  • Assist with visitor reception and phone enquiries
  • Create inventory lists for current supplies
  • Manage contract dismissals and handle office decommissioning tasks

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced in office management, with at least 2-3 years in a similar role
  • Previous experience with office relocation is essential
  • Knowledgeable in Google Suite (advantageous)
  • Additional language skills are welcome but not essential
  • Ready to collaborate closely with in-house support based in London
