We are currently looking to recruit a number of Skilled Operatives into their team, please find details below of one of the exciting opportunities available.

The Role: Manufacturing Operative – Mornings & Afternoons

Salary: £12.50 p/h

Contract: Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 6.15am – 2.15pm / 2.15pm – 10pm – rotating weekly.

The Manufacturing Operative will report into the Production Team Leader on the shop floor with a focus on retrieving skins from around the factory whilst ensuring output targets are consistently achieved or excelled.

The Manufacturing Operative role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and relishes being hands-on.

Duties and responsibilities of the Manufacturing Operative include:

  • To retrieve skins in a timely manner from around the factory for inspection
  • Quality checking skins for defects or damages
  • Be prepared to learn and train to operate CNC machinery
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment functionality
  • Monitor and control manufacturing and operational processes in the designated zone
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment operation and production activities
  • Complete necessary paperwork or digital documentation where required
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols
