Seven Resourcing are looking for a Paralegal to work with Ealing council. This is a full-time position, and we are paying £20.52 Paye per hour for this role.
The role:
Dealing with all RTB cases, simple sales and purchases, lease extensions, serving notices, title reports, searches, deeds of covenants, certificates of compliances, research law, proficient in DocuSign. Sealing, post completion work, filing SDLT's and registrations, deeds searches.
Applicant Requirements:
- Qualifications: GCSEs A-C or equivalent including at least English and Maths.
Educated to A Level standard or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
- Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
- Hours: 36 hours p/w.
