A leading full-serviced UK law firm based in the west end, is hiring a new IP Litigation Paralegal to join on an initial 12 month basis, with the view of extension.

Working directly with Partners.
Responsibilities for the IP Litigation Paralegal:
- Assisting with online brand protection monitoring and reporting and preparing and issuing takedown notices
- Undertaking research and preparing bundles
- Costs schedules
- Attending Court on a regular basis
- Assisting with preparation of bills
- Assisting with business development and marketing
- General administrative tasks for the Group
Key Requirements for the IP Litigation Paralegal:
- Previous experience within a busy law firm preferable, previous IP experience is highly desirable.
- Strong academics and a completed LPC or equivalent
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Works well under pressure.
- Adaptable and flexible team player.
