This is a unique opportunity to support a growing network of award-winning franchisees by providing strategic guidance on business growth, leveraging innovative systems and tools, and fostering franchisee success through consulting, coaching, and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Franchise Growth: Actively coach and advise franchisees across the UK to help them achieve and exceed their growth objectives.
- Consult and Mentor: Use in-depth industry knowledge to provide franchisees with guidance on business models, tools, and systems.
- Analyse and Adapt: Remain agile and analytical, adapting strategies to leverage emerging tech and new tools of the trade.
- Lead by Example: Model organisation and purposeful action in daily responsibilities, fostering a results-oriented culture.
- Drive Accountability: Take ownership of professional execution of responsibilities, balancing individual initiative with team support.
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced: Minimum 5 years in estate agency, with a track record of strong results.
