Our client is a manufacturing business who is currently looking for an Assistant Accountancy to support the Management Accountant in the day-to-day transactional finance duties and month end close and overtime support in the streamlining of processes.
What will the Assistant accountant role involve?
- Management of purchase and sales ledger
- Assist in month-end processes;
- Stock reconciliations
- Support in monthly payroll processing
- Reconciliations;
- Query resolution;
- Payment runs;
Suitable Candidate for the Assistant Accountant vacancy:
- Either qualified by experience work activity studying towards financial qualifications
- Confident excel user
- Have previous accounts payable experience;
- Good attention to detail, and the ability to organise workload;
- Excellent telephone manner.
