Job Duties:
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects in the Yorkshire and the Humber region. They will demonstrate and present products to potential customers, negotiate and close sales, and maintain customer relationships. The representative will also identify new sales opportunities, provide feedback on market trends, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
Required Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Driving licence
Experience:
Previous experience in a sales role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of sales principles and practises
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in using CRM software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in field sales
- Additional qualifications in sales or related field
Working Conditions:
The Field Sales Representative will primarily work in the field, meeting with customers and travelling within the designated region. They may be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules. The role involves frequent travel and interaction with a variety of customers.
