We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join a Charity based organisation in Godalming, Surrey.

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing primarily digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement and ultimately drive sales.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and a creative mindset. This job will offer you the chance to build on existing experience, to try new things, and develop skills in new channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise x 2 Shopify eCommerce websites (B2C and B2B), building out journeys, content and testing plans
  • Support on the planning and implementation of all marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Create and manage content for marketing channels such as social media posts and website content
  • Coordinate with designers to create compelling and visually appealing digital assets and brand asset libraries
  • Regularly monitor and analyse the performance of the website and marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media platforms and engage with followers to build brand loyalty
  • Identify and implement possibilities for SEO growth, including reviewing and ensuring the website adheres to best practice
  • Coordinate with external agencies to execute digital marketing initiatives such as online advertising and retargeting campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Attend and work at trade shows as and when required supporting the Trade Sales Team
  • Conduct Ad hoc marketing admin tasks

What we're looking for:

  • Min 2 years proven experience as a Marketing Executive in B2C environment, retail is a plus
  • Keen interest and experience in digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong creative outlook, with impressive presentation skills and experience of Adobe Suite (Canva a plus)
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and email campaign tools a must
  • Experience with Shopify, other marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing social media platforms
  • Experience setting up and managing Google and Meta adverts a plus
