Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator
Location: London
Hours: 8-5pm Mon-Fri
Salary: £26,000-£28,000
Are you a hard working team plater with a passion for fashion and an understanding of warehouse operations? An established and fast-paced distribution centre is seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse & Logistics coordinator to manage the flow of deliveries in and out of the site, support operational efficiency, and help maintain a high-performing working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound deliveries
- Communicate delivery updates to internal teams and departments
- Liaise with couriers and logistics partners to coordinate collections and drop-offs
- Check all incoming deliveries for accuracy and condition, and ensure timely storage or distribution
- Report any damages, delivery issues, or failed shipments promptly
- Ensure outbound vans are loaded correctly and on schedule
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Adhere to Health & Safety, Quality, Security, and Environmental standards at all times
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting, ideally within FMCG
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to operational accuracy
- Clear, confident communication skills - both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with a proactive, common-sense approach to work
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other warehouse systems
- An understanding of Lean 5S or continuous improvement practices is desirable
- Solid knowledge of Health & Safety in a warehouse environment
