What will the Senior Financial Accounting Manager role involve?
- Overseeing accounting teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial reporting.
- Ensuring financial statements adhere to IFRS/UK GAAP or other appropriate standards.
- Driving business change and participating in group-wide projects.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, attending client meetings, and liaising with auditors.
- Developing and enhancing team procedures, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and contributing to the development of training programmes.
Suitable Candidate for the Senior Financial Accounting Manager vacancy:
- ACA or ACCA qualified with excellent knowledge of industry legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP, with hands-on experience in financial reporting, NAV calculations, and capital statements.
- Proven experience in managing and developing accounting teams, with strong client service skills.
