RECRUITMENT RESOURCER - HYBRID ROLE
MONDAY - FRIDAY: 08.00 - 18.00
£12.00 PER HOUR
People Solutions are recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer for our well-known client based in central Bristol
This will be a hybrid role with two days being office based and a flexible start time between 08.00 - 10.00 (8 hour shift)

Day to Day Duties
- Sourcing, qualifying and shortlisting candidates for apprenticeship positions against job descriptions
- Booking and undertaking screening interviews
- Talking candidates through the full recruitment process and assist with collating CVs
- Arrange interviews with candidates
- To use the appropriate government sites, social media pages and LinkedIn to source candidates, as well as other candidate resourcing tools
- Relevant administration tasks
- Follow up on leads and enquiries
Essential Skills
- A strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Effective remote worker
- Work well under pressure with the ability to deal with issues as they arise
- Be competent using MS Word, Excel
- Goal driven
- Time management and organisational skills
Training
- Office based training provided
