Job Title: Part-Time Conference/Content Producer
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract
Contract Length: 12 months
Hours: 15 - 18.45 hours - hybrid (ideally including a Tuesday or Wednesday in the office)
Salary: £42k pro-rata (approximately £18k)
Are you a dynamic and highly organised individual with a passion for event production and content creation? Our client, one of the UK's largest travel associations, is seeking a talented Part-Time Conference Producer to join their Events team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of conferences, seminars, training days, and networking events in London.
As a Conference Producer, you will play a crucial role in the content production aspect of these events. You will conduct market research, collaborate with subject matter experts, and write high-quality event agendas. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and securing industry-leading speakers, ensuring their engagement throughout the event cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out market research to gather insights on event topics
- Collaborate with internal experts and industry representatives
- Write captivating and commercially viable event agendas
- Identify and source senior industry speakers
- Build and maintain relationships with speakers and sponsors
- Liaise with internal departments to align on event content and key messages
- Support the events marketing team with copywriting and ideas
- Prepare slide decks and manage basic AV requirements
- Project manage events on the day, including logistics and event delivery
- Welcome and assist delegates, speakers, and sponsors
- Represent the organisation at internal and external events
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a conference producer
- Strong experience in liaising with internal sponsorship teams and sponsor speakers
