Position: Receptionist
Location: Central London
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Part-time (8am - 2pm, Monday to Friday)
Annual Salary: £20,000
About My Client: My client is a unique property management company with over 40 years of experience in hospitality and flexible workspace sectors. Their passion for great service and a people-first culture drives them to deliver exceptional experiences for their clients and their guests.
Key Responsibilities: As the Receptionist, you will be the face of the organisation, responsible for:
- Welcoming visitors with a warm smile ??
- Answering calls and managing general inquiries ??
- Scheduling appointments and handling mail deliveries ??
- Setting up kitchens, meeting rooms and office space to a high standard each day ???
- Providing basic Audio/Visual support for meetings
- Complete all administration and customer experience activity
- Follow up all issues to expedite the resolution and optimisation of the customer experience
- Support other sites as required from time to time, in person and with ad hoc remote admin
- Managing contractors for cleaning and maintenance tasks ??
- Ensuring operational standards and security while on shift ??
- Listening to feedback from occupiers and act on any valid recommendations for improvement
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Ideally, 2 years in hospitality, serviced office, or property management
- Tech Skills: Confident with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about customer experience �?
- Problem-Solver: Creative thinker with high emotional intelligence ??
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English
