A fantastic Primary school in Ely are on the lookout for a seasoned Learning Support Assistant to join them in September! You will have the opportunity to work alongside an incredibly supportive team of staff who all work towards ensuring the success of their students. With access to amazing CPD and which will allow you to develop and progress within your career in education.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow individual EHCP's/IEP's
- Provide tailored individual support based on the students needs
- Be creative in your approach to differentiated learning
- Lead small group interventions, as well as one to one
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience with SEN children
- Passionate about education and working with children
- Have a patient approach when faced with challenging situations
- Be flexible and work well within a team
