Job description:
- Must have experience of working with adults with acquired neurological diagnosis, specifically stroke.
- Experience of managing both dysphagia and communication impairment post stroke
- Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team
- Candidate will be required to carry out home visits across Bromley,
Ideally car driver - however job could be completed using public transport if needed
