Page Personnel are working with a Housing Association in the Not for Profit and Charities sector, with offices in Workington and Carlisle, who are looking to appoint a Finance Officer to work in their Service Charges team. The ideal candidate will be required to analyse data to help set and monitor service charges across all properties.

Client Details

The client is a social housing provider covering Cumbria and the North East of England. They offer standard housing options alongside independent living schemes, as well as supporting tenants with finances, rent and benefits applications.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Finance Officer include:

  • Preparing service charge budgets for all properties
  • Preparing service charge statements for distribution to residents
  • Accounting for and reconciling income from a variety of sources
  • Analysing complex data sets to help inform decision making

Profile

The successful Finance Officer should have:

  • Experience analysing complex budgets
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working in the housing sector would be a bonus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Offer

  • £28,000 - £33,500 Salary (FTE)
  • Part time role (0.6 - 21.75 hrs per week)
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (Rising to 30 days with length of service)
  • Employer pension contributions up to 8%
  • Hybrid working
