Role: Workshop Administrator
Location: Stevenage
Hours: Monday to Fridays, 08:30AM – 17:00PM
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
OA are working with a well-established business based in Stevenage, seeking an experienced administrator with high accuracy and attention to detail skills, to join the team

Duties of a Workshop Administrator:
- Collect and collate data from incoming repair items
- Liaise directly with customers
- Process repair invoices
- Package and dispatch repair items
- Maintain control of outstanding items pending response from customers
- Assist in general administration duties
What we would like from you:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management skills
- Passion for good customer service
- Familiar with a CRM
