Sales Support Admin Team Leader | North Kent |£32K
Our client a growing FMCG business based in the North Kent area are looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator. You will be working closely with the Sales Ledger team and reporting into the Financial Controller.
Main role responsibilities
- Review and process customer orders
- Amend orders in a timely fashion when resource challenges occur and advise relevant teams
- Confirm dispatched volumes to internal and external supply chain to ensure accurate delivery documentation
- Investigate, record and resolve customer delivery discrepancies and source proof of delivery (POD) - Effectively communicate and understand what to do when orders are delayed or are not received
- Ensure HMRC compliance in processing Supplementary Declarations for exports to Northern Ireland
- Attend internal and external meetings
- Ensure customer pricing is maintained and accurate
Skills required
- Confident to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Numerate and a high level of attention to detail and accurate data recording
- Time management: Accustomed to working under pressure and meeting time critical deadlines
- Initiative to constantly improve processes and systems
- Experience in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and in using accounting systems
Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday 07:00 to 16:00
